RUSH Delivery/Same Day/Next morning: Add $45 fee if time is available

Please allow for at least to 2-3 business days, for real estate photo processing and photo delivery.
Friday shoots will be ready on Monday. Please prepare homes to be "Photo ready" & de-cluttered prior to my arrival. (This is due to liability issues, hygiene, photo shoot time constraints, & to maintain photo schedules and be on-time for other shoots). Please have CARS moved away from front, & pets caged, Thank you! (Note: Keep in mind, 1 hour session-only rates for most other types of photography are usually $100/$150 per hour for the shoot time alone, not including images.)
Note: Driving time will be an added fee for homes 21+ minutes away from Northfield studio at $30/1 hour away location. Most properties take around 1 hour. (Extensive homes or land properties with buildings can take 1.5-3 hours or more).
Exterior Only Packages Exterior only images: Start at $75 (local) OR $95+ for 1/2 hour of photos or more
(+ driving time for non-local)
Dusk Sky-add Images: $10/image or inquire on package

Photoshoot time is often between .75 – 2+ hours of time for photoshoot. I also spend hours of editing (for HDR effect), uploading & sending, + driving time to and from your location.
