Real Estate Photo Delivery: Image Delivery: Please allow for at least to 2-3 business days, for real estate photo processing and photo delivery. Friday shoots will be ready on Monday. RUSH Delivery - Same Day/Next morning: Add $45 fee (Available if time permits for photographer.) RUSH fee for exterior only shoot - $30 Driving Time: Driving time will be an added fee for homes 21+ minutes away from Excelsior, MN at $35/1 hour away. Most properties take around 1 hour to photograph.(Extensive homes or land properties with buildings can take 2-3 hours or so). How to Prepare Home: Please prepare homes to be "Photo ready." Stage (and declutter) prior to photographer's arrival. (This is due to liability, hygiene, time constraints to maintain photo schedules as photographer often has other appointments scheduled). VEHICLES & Pets: Please have cars moved away from front, & pets caged. We lOVE pets, but they can get in photos (and some bite). Thank you!
Video Walk Thru:
Short Highlight Reel: $150 or $125 if added onto a full interior/exterior real estate photo package. Includes short video with music.
Full Walk-Thru: $175-$250 - Interior and exterior walking view with music; Price depends on size of home and expanse of property needed.
Virtual Staging:
Basic $12/image - Limited design and style options; Redo's unavailable
High Design - $22/image - Includes removal of items if needed, high quality designs and more flexibility
Dusk Sky-add Images: $15/image or 5 for $45
Please text photographer a photo shoot list if you need specific angles to ensure desired photos are captured. Return visits will be an additional fee. ** By the # of Pics: 25 pics for $160 OR 45 pics for $180 OR FULL square ft. packages: (NO LIMIT on # of photos to the packages below. Receive extensive coverage of property - this means MORE pics to choose from!) Packages include shooting time + edited digital images. Up to 2400 sq. f.t (Up to 1 hour shoot) - $175 2401-3000 (1 hour shoot) - $190 3001-4100 (1.5 hr. shoot) - $220 4100-4800 sq. f.t (1.5 hr. shoot) - $245 4800+ are charged at $175/hour with a minimum of $265 Note: 1 hour session-only rates for most other types of photography start at $100/$250 per hour for the shoot time alone - not including images. Real estate photography rates are typically very low compared to other types of photography.) Driving: includes within 20 minutes of Excelsior, MN. Properties beyond 20 minutes of Excelsior, MN will be charged at $35/1 hour away. Example, if location is 1/2 hour away from Excelsior, the driving time would be charged $17.50.
Processing & Inclusions:
Licensing: Use of your photos for up to 2 years for Web + (flyer/brochure) real estate sales and brochure printing.
HDR Style: Adds dimension and 3D appeal to your photos + window views brought in; fire added to fireplaces (if desired); Select t.v. and computer screen enhancements with nature scenes.
